We carry out the preparation (temperature treatment) completely by ourselves in the 8 store rooms that we have available for this purpose. One of the rooms is only equipped with cooling, so to a maximum of -7 degrees. Six of these rooms have a temperature range of -7 to +40 degrees. These most recently built rooms are equipped with ecofriendly cooling liquid, as well as computer controlled programmes in order to minimize the use of energy as much as possible. This includes the automatic closure of the air valves in case of an outside temperature that is either too high or too low. Besides we make use of a 3 tracks heating unit with a capacity of 500.000 kcal per hour and a maximum of 83 m3 gas per hour.
