With the recent expansion of our facilities in 2008, we have tried to put as much efficiency as possible in our company. Hereby we have focused a lot on the working conditions, such as working heights, lifting work and daylight in the workplace. Furthermore we switched to forcing on water, which works clean and comfortable and is easy to harvest. We aim at a labour-saving of 40 to 60%, which is also made possible by the very advanced container transport system that has been installed according to the newest technical developments.
After the daily automatic arrival of the tulips, the bulb is removed and the tulips are bunched immediately in one single process.
